About the Programme
The online MSc Data Science is suitable if you are currently employed in a data-related role in your company, it could be a technical, software or business context position for which you would like to enhance your skills.
The acquisition of knowledge and skills on the programme will enable students to drive improvements within their organisations. The programme also enables students to focus on areas of specialisation within their professional field and to broaden their knowledge and skills to enhance their career development.
The work-based learning component is the Advanced Professional Practice module, which runs over three trimesters (12 months) and requires a commitment from your employer that you will spend around 10 – 15 hours of your work time per week on projects related to Data Science that will provide learning opportunities and evidence for meeting the academic outcomes of this module.
