Edinburgh Napier University Master of Science in Data Engineering is aimed at practitioners with a background in business, quantitative science, or computing and professionals who work with Big Data.

The Online MSc in Data Engineering will teach students a critical understanding of the tools and technologies involved in the analysis, design, development, testing, evaluation and modification of Data. The knowledge gained will enable students to select and evaluate Data tools for the collection, processing and presentation of complex and diverse data sets. This Master’s Degree in Data Engineering also trains students to critically review an organisation’s data needs and make appropriate and measurable recommendations on the use of Data Engineering techniques.
