The PGCert programme offers students with both theoretical underpinnings and practical hands-on experience of the technologies in different learning contexts.
On successful graduation, students will be well equipped to create their own learning design materials.
Students will have access to the university online support services and be assigned a personal tutor.
Leicester University’s virtual learning environment, Blackboard, provides students with access to learning material and offers an online platform to network with fellow students from across the globe.
The programme is taught by academics who are at the forefront of research in education and who feed the latest developments into their teaching.
Successful graduates will be qualified to pursue a career in training and development, curriculum planning & Internet applications, and within professions such as programme administrators, instructors, consultants, instructional designers and even trainers.
