Standard entry:
- Three years’ managerial work experience
- Undergraduate degree (normally 2.1 or above) awarded by a UK university or comparable overseas institution, or an equivalent qualification
- An IELTS 6.5 score (with minimum 6.0 in each skill) if your first language isn’t English. You can also speak to your Stafford Academic Consultant for more options on English language tests.
Non-standard entry:
- 7 years or more managerial work experience in a business context PLUS a portfolio of evidence. A portfolio of evidence must be submitted to demonstrate that students can benefit from, contribute to and succeed on the MBA programme. Example: details of significant work projects carried out, information about strategic analyses undertaken (for example, budgets and strategic forecasts), company reports, or other contributions to policy formulation and implementation. The portfolio might also include information about other courses taken, and training and development programmes attended

Strategy (15 credits)

Global Talent Management and Human Resource Management (15 credits)
